Tell us what products or suppliers you are looking for, and we will attend the relevant trade fairs on your behalf to source suitable products and suppliers. We will keep you informed of the on-site situation via real-time video calls.

Note:
1. The above rates cover service fees only. Travel, permits, and tickets will be charged at actual cost.
2. Overtime will be charged at $100 per hour; any period exceeding 15 minutes will be rounded up to one hour.
3. First-time trial: $499 for 5 hours.
4. Rates for minor languages are subject to separate negotiation.
5. Should a successful order be placed, up to 50% of the commission can be deducted.

We conduct on-site video inspections according to your requirements, allowing you to view the product’s appearance, quantity, packaging, specifications and other key details in real time, so that any issues can be identified and resolved promptly before the goods are dispatched.
4. Real-time Video Container Loading
Monitor the entire container loading process in real time.
During the container loading process, use a real-time video call to view the quantity of goods, packaging, loading method and condition of the goods, and confirm the loading status before the container is sealed.

Select the service date and the required duration of the video service.
Booking Notice: Trade fairs must be booked 1 month in advance. Factory visits, product inspections and container loading must be booked 7 days in advance.
03. Join a live video call
Communicate in real time with our on-site team via a one-to-one private video call.
04. View and ask questions in real time
View products, suppliers, factories or goods on site, and ask questions or receive on-site feedback at any time.
05. Receive a service report
Upon completion of the service, we will provide on-site photographs, videos, records and relevant inspection results based on the scope of the service.
Service Policies & Terms
Overtime Rate: $100/hour (billed in 15-minute increments).
Multilingual Support: Services in languages other than English (e.g., Spanish, French, German) can be arranged upon request.
Travel & Incidentals: Travel, meals, and overnight accommodation (if applicable) are billed transparently at actual cost for factory visits and loading supervision.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:
24+ Hours Notice: Full refund or 1 free rescheduling (excluding non-refundable ticket/permit fees).
12–24 Hours Notice: 50% service fee applies.
Under 12 Hours Notice / No-Show: 100% service fee applies.
